First time home buyers..it’s your time!

There are many first time home buyers out there who are asking themselves this question “Can I afford to buy a home and where do I start?”. Many people may be surprised to know that they can purchase a home and their monthly payment would be about the same amount if not less than what they are paying for rent right now. Home prices are low ( I am sure everyone knows that). Do you also know that the interest rates are still low and there is a first time home buyers tax credit of $8,000?
